Are the pots for indoor or outdoor use?
Raiza vases were designed for both indoor and outdoor settings. They look perfect on desks, shelves, windowsills, and tables. Outdoors, they hold up well on covered balconies and terraces. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain or extreme direct sunlight to preserve the color and finish over time.
Do the pots have drainage holes?
Raiza pots are made of biodegradable PLA, a lightweight and durable material. For use with plants, we recommend using a saucer or base underneath to protect the surfaces. The Raiza Base was designed precisely for this purpose. The next collection brings surprises in this detail.
What is the maximum size available?
Our pots come in sizes up to 25 x 25 x 25 cm - plenty of room for plants that already have their own personality.
Is the material safe for plants and pets?
Yes. Raiza pots are made from PLA, a biopolymer derived from renewable resources like corn starch, and contain no toxic substances. It's safe for plants, pets, and the whole family.

What is 3D printing and why is it sustainable?
3D printing allows you to create each piece only when it's ordered – no accumulated inventory, no waste from mass production. The material we use is PLA, a biopolymer made from renewable sources like corn starch, biodegradable and free of harmful substances. Less waste, more intention.
Do you make custom or made-to-order vases?

Is the succulent included or is it optional?
The succulent is an optional addition you can select on each product page. When you choose "With succulent," the pot arrives already planted and ready to place in your home. Note: succulents may vary in color, shape, and size from the photographs – each one has its own unique character. 🌿
Regarding the order
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days to mainland Portugal after payment confirmation. For Madeira, the Azores, and the rest of the world, delivery times are calculated individually – please contact us before ordering.
Could the shipping cost damage my product?
All items are packaged with secure materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any damage to the packaging upon receiving your order, please report it immediately to the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours at geral@raiza.store with photographs.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within the first 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items on sale are not eligible for return. To initiate the process, please contact us at geral@raiza.store. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in case of product dissatisfaction.
