- Manufacturing Defects: Problems with layer adhesion or structural flaws resulting from the printing process.
- Natural Deformation of the Material: If the material exhibits instability under normal conditions of use (respecting the care guidelines).
- Shipping Errors: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or that has visible damage caused during shipping.
3. What is not covered?
3D printing has unique characteristics. The following are not considered defects:
- Layer textures: Small lines or surface marks that are inherent to the 3D printing process (which makes each piece unique!).
- Improper Use: Damage caused by drops, exposure to extreme temperatures (above 50°C for PLA parts), or cleaning with abrasive chemicals.
- Natural Wear and Tear: Slight changes in color due to prolonged and direct exposure to sunlight (UV) over the years.
4. How do I activate the warranty?
If something is not right, the process is simple:
- Send an email to geral@raiza.store with your order number.
- Attach photos or a short video that clearly shows the problem.
- Our team will analyze the case within a maximum of 48 business hours.
5. Resolution
Once the warranty is validated, Raiza commits to:
- Replace the part with a new one (identical model);
- Or, if the model has been discontinued, offer store credit or a full refund.
